Virginia Eldridge, MA, LPC graduated in 2017 from Lindenwood University with her master’s degree in professional counseling. Virginia has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and during her over 15 years of experience in this field, developed a belief that the mental health of children is tied to the mental wellness of the adults that surround them. Following this passion, she started to focus her work and passion on the well being of adults, and helping them develop stress management skills, and manage their grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. She specializes in working with individuals, couples and groups, providing a client-centered, integrative approach designed to fit the needs of the individual. Her approach is solution-focused, rooted in mindfulness-based interventions and thought- and behavior-changing techniques that help the client change the way they view their everyday realities. Virginia is a member of the American Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society and Alpha Chi College Honor Society.
